The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean.
The resort is far from the city center. It took over an hour to get there. Our request for an extra bed never materialized, and there were long delays for drinks at the bar, sometimes over 20 minutes.

the room was massive. it was spotlessly clean too. we had a huge balcony, a pleasant surprise i must say. there was plenty of drinking water provided daily.
the check in process took a long time. we only entered the room by 4pm, i wasn't happy with it. communication was not proper. i was waiting for a call but no one called back.
